Brought this to Yurware and Found out my PC crashed and had wiped my hardrives clean including my Windows operating system. My PC wouldn’t even boot up. It would only go to the BIOS screen. After about one year of purchasing my Microsoft Surface laptop, it did not want to charge anymore. It was purchased at a “big box store” and I brought it back to have them take a look at it. They could not figure out what was wrong with it.
