Project Management
Our staff of consultants and engineers are experienced and certified in order to provide the expert assistance you need. We are prepared to work on an hourly as-needed or fixed-price basis. Please call us to arrange for a free project-planning meeting.


Onsite Technical Support
Our award-winning technical support staff has expertise in many of the industry’s leading products including Microsoft Windows, Novell Netware, UNIX, Linux, Citrix Metaframe and Cisco. In order to schedule an engineer to your site, please call us. A 2-hour minimum applies to onsite service as well as a trip charge based on your zip code. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24-hour notice, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. If a hotel stay is required to complete your project, an overnight charge of $200/night will apply.

  • Help Desk Telephone Support
    Many times, a technical issue can be easily solved over the phone or by remotely accessing your network. We can provide the same expertise you expect from our onsite service through our Help Desk. For your convenience, incidents that are resolved in less than 10 minutes are free. There is a maximum of 2 hours of support available per incident. Rather than paying for every support call, a Help Desk Telephone Support Contract provides a cost-effective way to get access to expert technical support. There can be up to two named contacts listed on the contract. It is priced based on the number of servers in your network and is renewed annually.

  • Carry-In Technical Support
    To complement our onsite support, we also provide repair service at our office. A 1-hour minimum applies to all carry-in repairs.

  • Emergencies and Overtime
    In an emergency, we can get a qualified and experienced engineer to your site within four hours. Our typical response time is less than one hour. We also offer overtime service in order to handle projects that must be completed after business hours. For the after-hours emergency paging service, call 734-971-1210 and follow the instructions.

  • Overtime Support, 150% of normal rates
  • Emergency Support, 150% of normal rates
  • Emergency Overtime Support, 200% of normal rates
  • Emergency After-Hours Paging Service, $100 per page (plus normal rates)



  • Hourly Service Contracts
    Discounts on our service labor rates are available for clients interested in purchasing blocks of hours of 20 or more. Any of our services can be billed through an Hourly Service Contract, including telephone support, onsite service, and trip charges. The contracts can be used for up to one year and the number of hours is customizable.

  • 20 Hour Contract, 5% discount
  • 40 Hour Contract, 10% discount
  • 80 Hour Contract, 15% discount
  • 160 Hour Contract, 20% discount
  • 320+ Hour Contract, 25% discount



  • Warranty Service

    We are authorized to provide warranty service for many of the industry’s leading vendors including HP/Compaq. Please call us to find out if we offer warranty repairs on your specific equipment.
