Customer Reviews & Comments This book made my transition from Mac OS 9 to OS X very easy. Ihnatko has an ususual, weird, irreverant sense of humor, which is nice to find in a computer book. He manages to impart quite a bit of technical information but makes it go down easy. If your sense of humor is more traditional, the style of this book will probably wear thin. And if you are looking for a straightforward computer-manual-style book, this probably isn't for you either. But I enjoyed it, and Ihnatko's style and attitude made me proud to be a Mac guy. One caveat: if you're looking for information about the iLife applications, you won't find any in this book. Ihnatko blatanly says that you will have to shell out the bucks for his book specifically about iLife.
