I also bought this book for my parents - they were unable to download our pictures or even keep up with email. Now I get pictures from them!! Best part is that I did not have to teach them over the phone, the book is very clear and concise. Makes even the novice feel more comfortable navigating computers and the internet. I would recommend it for anyone who could use a better understanding of the basics.
