Customer Reviews & Comments I bought this book about 3 months ago when I started a job as a systems administrator. The company I work for has a Linux server and it is my job to muddle through and hope it works. I don't know much about Linux so I bought this book. This book is not very explanitive even on the simple things. Example, I want to mount a cdrom and look for the way to do it. The book says to look at the enclosed How to on the cd-rom for information on the mounting cdroms. The book has several sections. The HOWTO basically gives an outline of the actual HOWTO. There is a section for FAQ's on the CD-rom but it only gives the most asked questions not the answer for that you have to be able to mount the cdrom.
