If you wish only to know what the new features are, the book is fine. If you wish to learn how to use the new features you will need more details than are provided in this book. Not all of the code examples work, and there is insufficient information in the book to help you resolve the problem. The URL for downloading the sample code does not exist. Basically, if you can wait for a book that has more detailed information you should wait.
