Customer Reviews & Comments
This review is from: Introduction to AS/400 System Operations (2nd Edition) (Paperback)
I am currently using this book in class and I believe it's rather useless. First off, the book is only 175 pages long not including the contents and index pages and that isn't anywhere near enough space to cover AS/400 Operations to any detail. Some of the questions in the back of each chapter are fine and the book covers a lot of topics but on a whole, this book just doesn't give enough information. Just one example is WRKJOBSCDE ( Work with Job Schedule Entries which is in Chapter 4 ). They give you a little paragraph and a screen shot of the AS/400. All in all, I am very disappointed with this book and I'm going to buy a different book like " Understanding AS/400 System Operations " by Mike Dawson.
