I bought this calendar based on the reviews of an older version. I wanted to see how helpful the hints were. I immediately disliked the design. The right page only has space for one week of planning. The left page is filled with so called hints and psycho babble about not putting things off which I just don't have the attention span to read through. I recommend the Farmer's Almanac calendar instead. You can't tell from the picture provided but the sprial rings are exposed and the cover is very thin.
