Customer Reviews & Comments
This is a very helpful book -- I'm much more organized with my e-mail after having read it. Helpful tips include setting aside time each day to read and respond to my e-mail, instead of being tempted to open each message just as soon as arrives in my "in box." I also appreciate the tear-out card of "Stress-Free Strategies" which is included with the book. I keep the card by my computer at work to keep me from being overwhelmed by the numerous e-mails I receive on a daily basis. The chocolate recipes which are included in the book are a nice addition.
