This book is an excellent resource for ATM issues. Unfortunately, it is written in what I would call a European academic style (he is European) and that means that you will find yourself reading the same paragraph 3 or 4 times before really figuring out what he is trying to explain. If you can put up with the style, one of the best books around on ATM...
