Customer Reviews & Comments
Don't waste your money on this one. There is more information on wikiopedia than in this book. This is just a Glorified FAQ. Personally I'm a little pissed at the description. There are no techniques or guidance given at all. I couldn't even use it to write a report. I don't think the authors are any kind of experts at all.
