This is an awesome way to learn Cold Fusion. It is complete, and interactive, and keeps you interested. It combines the best of everything from a five day training instructor-led course. Which I have taken a few. I haven't had one of these training courses before, but I'm seeing more of them, like for Flash, and I have to say it is really a good way to learn this language. Buy this one if you are starting out or know another language and want to get CF.
