Customer Reviews & Comments I don't understand all the positive reviews. This book is overrated. It has ~250 pages of very generic information. Do not expect to find any details in this book. It is also useless as a reference. Any Cisco press book has much more useful info than this "study guide". I have not even tried their tests yet, because, get this, you have to register with the NLI to get a serial number first. and then you can install it on one computer only. So if you use two computers (home and office) to study, then you're [in trouble]... The only reason I gave it two stars is because I still hope that the tests will live up to the expectations.
