Customer Reviews & Comments Decent book but I felt the information and topics were not that well organized. Some of the figures/charts/pictures were rather remedial and childish. I bought the book becuase it was required for an MIS class for my MBA program. I started the class not knowing much about IT/IS and finished the class learning very little more. I blame the class more for that then the book. Like I said, a decent book.
