Customer Reviews & Comments The book was in good condition as stated. There was some confusion over the title, however, and due to one missing word "Introductory" I ended up with the wrong book. I needed a couple more chapters. Otherwise, it had what it was advertised as. I ended up having to buy another book to have those chapters, so if anyone else is taking a class on Microsoft Office I suggest you get the "Introductory Concepts and Techniques". None of the ISBN numbers matched what was given by the school.
