Having previously read the official Microsoft study guide for 70-640, I can tell you that this is by far the better product.
Not only does the author ensure that you retain the information by the use of modern, easy to understand language, but he provides enough exercises that someone with no previous active directory experience can still gain a working knowledge of the ins and outs of AD 2008.
