Customer Reviews & Comments This text is at least three months late from the publisher, so there isn't much to review. Amazon asked me if I want to cancel my order, so that doesn't give me a whole lot of confidence that it's about to show up any time soon. It's hard to recommend a book for a class when it is not commercially available. Last time I checked, the publisher had no idea when it would ship either.
